You will drive cutting-edge research and practical applications in LLMs and generative AI, translating findings into scalable systems.
You will collect and analyze data, curate training datasets with strong quality controls, and develop robust evaluation strategies (offline metrics, human evaluation, red-teaming, robustness and safety).
You will write clean, production-ready code and collaborate with engineering teams to land research into real-world features and products.
You will develop LLM-powered methods to solve modeling and ranking problems across growth, discovery, ads, and search.
You will explore and productionize techniques such as instruction tuning, preference optimization, RAG/tool-calling, and prompt/model optimization.
You will independently scope and solve moderately complex problems and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners.
