Pre Construction Manager

A Pre Construction Manager with expertise in Building Services or MEP is responsible for leading the full pre construction process for significant projects, from enquiry to contract award. They coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, review technical documentation, and develop winning bid strategies. Managing procurement activities and identifying commercial risks and value engineering opportunities are key duties, alongside building strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors. The role demands technical knowledge of Building Services, bid management, procurement, and construction projects within a collaborative environment. Working hours are Monday to Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm, with an early finish on Fridays at 3:30pm. This position offers the opportunity for career progression and autonomy within a growing company.
