The Estimator / Procurement Specialist is responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and tender submissions for construction projects. Building strong relationships with suppliers and assessing quotations are key tasks, alongside developing commercial solutions and preparing supporting documentation. The role involves working collaboratively to meet tender deadlines and attending site visits across the UK. Candidates should have relevant experience in estimating, procurement, or pre-construction roles within the construction industry. A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel are also required.
