Lead and execute manufacturing process development for New Product Introductions (NPI) within industrial engineering.
Analyze and optimize production flows, layouts, and line balancing to maximize throughput and minimize waste.
Apply lean and Six Sigma methods (value stream mapping, DOE, FMEA) to enhance quality, cost, and cycle time.
Collaborate with design, operations, and supply chain to define specs, validate processes, and create standardized work.
Plan capacity, production scheduling, and equipment requirements; drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure adherence to safety, quality standards, and documentation practices throughout the manufacturing process.
