Warehouse & Logistics Manager

A Warehouse and Logistics Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations across sleeving, dispatch, warehouse, and transport functions to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. The role involves managing teams to maintain engagement, safety, and performance while implementing efficiency improvements and cost-saving measures. The manager must ensure compliance with health, safety, and food safety standards, and monitor key performance indicators related to service delivery, stock management, and wastage. They will coordinate logistics activities to meet customer demands and collaborate with internal departments to support business objectives. The role demands experience in warehouse and logistics management, leadership skills, and knowledge of warehouse management systems. Technical qualifications such as Transport Manager CPC and IOSH or NEBOSH are preferred.
