Human Resources Manager
Responsible for managing HR functions, including staffing, diversity initiatives, employee relations, performance management, and training. Oversees recruitment, selection, and employee onboarding processes. Develops and implements training programs, policies, and procedures. Supervises HR Coordinator and temporary staff. Ensures compliance with employment laws and regulations. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field and 3-5 years of experience in HR management or administration required. Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills. Experience in hospitality industry preferred.
