Lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain for a complex electronics/electromechanical manufacturing environment, covering purchasing, inventory, planning, materials, and export.
Oversee adherence to the master production schedule (MPS) and demand planning, ensuring accurate forecasting and capacity alignment through an ERP/MRP system.
Drive lean improvements, manage projects for new product introductions from a supply chain perspective, and realize cost reductions wherever possible.
Standardize order management processes, optimize forecasting accuracy, and align supply initiatives with strategic business goals.
Build and manage supplier relationships and internal stakeholder engagement, influencing cross-functionally to support growth and market expansion.
Require commercial and strategic acumen in a manufacturing setting, with strong communication and leadership to lead a high-visibility function.
