Oversee construction operations at the jobsite, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule adherence for retail tenant improvement projects.
Serve as the on-site lead and primary point of contact, coordinating with Project Managers at headquarters to align goals and deliverables.
Travel nationwide with 100% field time and no remote work.
Direct subcontractors and client vendors while maintaining project timelines, budgets, and safety compliance.
Read and interpret blueprints and specifications; manage subcontractor responsibilities and uphold OSHA standards.
Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving with a proactive, professional approach.
