仕事内容
Lead planning, design, and permitting for multiple site development projects (residential subdivisions and commercial developments) from concept to approval.
Supervise 2-3 entry-level engineers, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring quality across grading, drainage, paving, and utilities.
Prepare and manage project documents, CAD files (Civil 3D), plans, reports, and permit packages for municipal, state agencies, and the DNR.
Monitor budgets and schedules, manage change orders, and maintain proactive client communications and relationships.
Coordinate with project teams, client representatives, review agencies, and municipalities to keep projects on track.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and deliver timely, accurate documentation and stormwater management reporting.
