Provide direct inpatient physical therapy to patients across ages, from birth through geriatric, to improve physical health and functional independence.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practice and standard operating procedures; ensure timely and accurate documentation to support medical necessity and billing.
Manage patient care with strong time management to meet productivity targets; participate in care coordination, discharge planning, and caregiver education.
Demonstrate ongoing professional development and maintain licensure/certification; provide supervision as required by regulation and professional standards.
Collaborate with the health care team to promote patient-centered care and smooth transitions; contribute to program goals and community outreach as appropriate.
Compliance with regulatory requirements, insurance processes, and accreditation standards; adapt to flexible shift lengths (8- or 12-hour), including evenings, nights, or weekends.
