Lead the end-to-end ML research lifecycle for real-world search applications, from problem framing to production deployment.
Formulate problems from first principles and map them to ML paradigms, creating new approaches when needed.
Prototype and code algorithms with a focus on quality, reproducibility, and product impact.
Review state-of-the-art methods, explore new ideas, and identify ML opportunities to enrich products.
Design scalable systems, data collection and evaluation strategies, and robust metrics and experiments.
Collaborate with engineering teams, communicate complex ML concepts clearly, and pursue IP through publications or patents.
