A registered nurse is needed to join the pre-operative assessment team in Bath, delivering patient care in accordance with clinical protocols and care plans. They will assess patient needs, monitor vital signs, and escalate changes in condition using clinical judgement. The role involves administering medications safely and maintaining comprehensive documentation. Candidates should have NMC registration and experience in a clinical healthcare environment, with good communication skills and IT proficiency.
