Director of AI and Machine Learning Engineering

Responsibilities include developing reusable AI platforms, translating emerging AI capabilities into scalable solutions, and defining evaluation and observability protocols. The position requires partnership with diverse teams to deploy solutions from concept to production and ongoing operation while establishing engineering standards and mentoring engineers. A minimum of twelve years’ experience in software engineering and solid expertise in AI/ML deployment are essential, along with proficiency in Python, SQL, APIs, containerisation, and orchestration technologies.
