仕事内容
Provide administrative support and maintain accurate data to enable efficient transport operations.
Debrief drivers and verify timesheets, ensuring all Proof of Delivery (POD) documents are completed and filed.
Scan, store, and manage PODs using the document management system.
Prepare drivers' wallets, issue delivery notes in drop sequence, and communicate delivery details.
Share ETAs with Customer Services and keep spreadsheets up to date, including run summaries and trailer checks.
Operate the Transport Management System (TMS) to dispatch uplifts, monitor loads, and support data-driven decisions.
