Lead the planning, estimation, and delivery of residential and commercial plumbing projects from inception to completion.
Prepare accurate material and labor takeoffs and competitive estimates using industry-standard software.
Develop detailed bids and proposals, manage budgets, schedules, and contracts, and drive value engineering.
Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to align scope and quality.
Oversee site activities, enforce safety protocols, monitor progress through regular site visits, and adjust plans as needed.
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and contractual obligations while tracking milestones and documentation with PM tools.
