Design, run, and analyze experiments, translating results into actionable code changes and performance gains.
Collaborate with Research, Software, and Product teams to steer the next generation of AI hardware and software infrastructure.
Engage with the AI community, contribute to open-source or publications where relevant, and stay current with model scaling and distributed training techniques.
Work in a dynamic environment, communicate clearly with cross-functional teams, and demonstrate strong problem-solving and execution skills.
