Lead the delivery of refurbishment, expansion and new-build education projects, managing programmes and budgets.
Oversee a portfolio of projects at various stages to ensure on-time delivery, within budget and to high quality standards.
Provide clear leadership, governance, and proactive problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle, collaborating with clients, design teams and contractors.
Manage stakeholder relationships and represent the consultancy professionally in all client and project interactions.
Projects are typically in Essex and Hertfordshire and the role involves working between the head office and on-site; a driving licence and vehicle are required.
Ensure robust reporting, risk management and continuous improvement in the delivery of education facilities.
