ASL Medical Interpreter

Provide interpretation for Limited English Proficient patients, families, healthcare providers, and staff in clinical settings. Deliver intercultural mediation to support culturally sensitive patient care and ensure access to full health care services. This is an on-site role in Tacoma, primarily during regular business hours (8 AM–6 PM) with some Saturdays, with shifts scheduled based on client needs. Requirements include at least 1 year of ASL interpreting experience and fluency in spoken and written English and ASL; professional-level medical interpreting is expected; certifications such as NIC, CI, EIC, or K-12 are desirable. The position is contracted with a flexible schedule; you can select available opportunities via a mobile platform. Vaccination proof and adherence to clinic safety measures may be required.
