You will generate leads online, optimize rental listings, and pursue FRBO opportunities to expand the pipeline.
Convert calls and emails into appointments, and pre-qualify leads to ensure productive meetings.
Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to meet and exceed team goals, while following structured scripts for consistent messaging.
Demonstrate high energy, a personable demeanor, and strong closing ability both over the phone and in person.
Engage in daily script training and lead-list optimization to maximize conversion and performance.
