Build and expand a robust book of business by prospecting, qualifying, and converting new clients.
Identify and pursue new opportunities to drive revenue growth across dry van, flatbed, and refrigerated freight.
Manage and nurture client accounts with proactive communication, problem solving, and personalized service.
Maintain clear, responsive communication channels to address client needs and ensure satisfaction.
Work both independently and as part of a collaborative team to meet and exceed sales targets.
Leverage technology and industry knowledge to optimize routing, carrier selection, and on-time performance.
