Identify and pursue new opportunities to drive revenue growth across dry van, flatbed, and refrigerated freight.
Manage and nurture client accounts with proactive communication, problem solving, and personalized service.
Maintain clear, responsive communication channels to address client needs and ensure satisfaction.
