Le poste
Provide robust legal support for US Market Operations, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial, scientific, and vendor agreements.
Review and approve promotional and scientific materials in close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Support Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, and Market Access with legal advice on contracts, Advisory Boards, and patient support programs.
Advise on healthcare compliance matters, including anti-kickback statutes and data privacy requirements.
Develop long-term agreements and templates for research, development, commercial, and manufacturing activities; lead strategic legal initiatives.
Operate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to enable compliant patient access.
