Support on-site sales teams in coordinating all aspects of presenting model homes to prospective buyers.
Establish rapport with visitors to determine immediate housing needs and guide them through the process.
Capture contact and follow-up information from prospects visiting the community to build leads.
Provide outstanding customer service to buyers and real estate agents while maintaining a professional appearance.
Must hold a valid real estate license; strong verbal and written communication, and a team-oriented attitude are essential.
Enjoy flexible scheduling in a temporary-to-hire role with exposure to multiple homebuilders and mentoring.
