Lead outside sales to sell guarding services and integrated security solutions within the Milwaukee-area territory.
Develop and nurture long-term B2B relationships, consistently following up on new and established opportunities.
Travel within the Milwaukee area to engage clients both in-branch and in the field, leveraging networking to drive business development.
Craft strategic business plans to maximize commissions, with uncapped potential and favorable OTE targets.
Earn a base salary of $75,000 plus a $1,000 monthly vehicle allowance, with total compensation projected at $150k+ in year one and $200k+ by year two.
Requirements include 4+ years of outside sales, willingness to travel, authorization to work in the U.S., and a preferred bachelor’s degree; pre-employment screening is required.
