Lead and oversee cloud and on-prem infrastructure to ensure reliability, performance, and security.
Design, implement, and optimize scalable platform solutions to achieve high availability and disaster recovery.
Collaborate with Development, Product, Security, and IT to drive change management, patching, and incident response.
Operate and maintain VMware, Nutanix AHV/Prism environments, Dell PowerEdge hardware, and hybrid cloud resources.
Develop runbooks, architecture diagrams, SOPs, and ensure knowledge is captured in Jira/Confluence and ITGlue.
Provide hands-on leadership, on-call readiness, budget and vendor management, and contribute to capacity planning and continuous improvement.
