Group IT Manager

A person with experience in managing IT within multi-site hospitality or retail environments is required to oversee systems support and project implementation in Manchester. They will ensure reliable day-to-day IT service delivery across several locations, including managing service desks, backups, and incident responses. The role involves leading technology build-outs, system upgrades, and aligning delivery with strategic IT roadmaps, working closely with the Fractional CTO. Strong vendor management skills, hands-on expertise with Microsoft 365, Azure, EPOS, WiFi, and payment systems are essential. Knowledge of cyber controls and compliance standards such as GDPR and PCI DSS is also required. The position demands a pragmatic approach, solutions focus, and an ability to work collaboratively with various teams across the organisation.
