Industrial Engineer – Totton

The industrial engineer supports operational excellence by leading cross-functional projects and applying industrial engineering principles to improve safety, quality, efficiency, and cost across EMEA operations. Responsibilities include conducting process analysis, implementing Lean improvements, managing projects, optimiser layouts, and collaborating with global teams. Candidates should have a degree in industrial engineering or related field, proficiency in Excel, and knowledge of process analysis, ergonomic principles, and operational excellence methodologies. Experience in warehouse and distribution concepts along with familiarity with WMS or ERP systems is advantageous. The role requires fluency in English and the ability to perform statistical analysis and root cause investigations.
