Oversee due diligence for LOIs and new leases, collaborating with internal teams and outside counsel on key legal provisions.
Serve as the primary liaison to Property Managers and cross-functional teams, providing regular transaction updates and reporting.
Support real estate strategy through market analysis, zoning considerations, and participation in industry events.
