The Sales Operations Specialist supports sales and business development teams across the infrastructure division, ensuring efficient operations and accurate CRM data management. They produce reports, dashboards, and analyse sales pipelines to identify trends and opportunities. The role involves coordinating bids, tenders, proposals, and providing sales collateral and presentations while maintaining relationships with stakeholders.
