As a Paralegal - Litigation, you will support solicitors and partners on a range of high-value disputes in Belfast.
Responsibilities include assisting with day-to-day litigation file management, drafting documents (correspondence, pleadings, court papers), and preparing trial bundles.
You will liaise with clients, counsel, courts, and third parties; conduct legal research and summarise findings.
Manage deadlines and court timetables, attend court and client meetings as required, and support progression from instruction to resolution.
Ideal candidates will have prior litigation experience, a solid understanding of court procedures, strong drafting and communication skills, and meticulous organisational abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems, with a professional, proactive, and team-oriented approach.
