Senior Machine Learning Engineer (Fulfilment)

Join the Fulfilment Tech team to optimize cross-system strategies that boost operational efficiency and driver utilisation. Build and deploy deep learning and large language model (LLM) based models to capture spatial-temporal marketplace dynamics. Develop ML/DL models to predict user and driver behaviours and use insights to inform interventions. Create interpretable, adaptable optimization models or RL agents capable of handling multiple objectives and real-world disruptions. Collaborate with ML engineers and backend teams to integrate models into real-time production systems, document methodologies, and present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
