Provide 2nd line technical support for all customers, handling escalations and maintaining system stability.
Troubleshoot complex incidents across servers, networks, printers, PCs, and applications, optimising performance.
Collaborate closely with 1st line, 2nd line colleagues, and field engineers to ensure clear communication and rapid resolutions.
Offer technical guidance to the helpdesk team and field engineers, sharing knowledge and best practices.
Work with Microsoft technologies and mainstream enterprise infrastructures to support end-to-end IT services.
Require a minimum of 2 years' experience in supporting servers, networks, printers, PCs, and applications.
