ServiceNow Quality Assurance Automation Engineer

The ServiceNow Quality Assurance Automation Engineer is responsible for developing and maintaining automation test frameworks and suites to support software projects. The role involves automating performance, UI, API, accessibility, and compatibility testing, providing insights using current testing approaches, and enhancing the QA stack when necessary. They will ensure testing frameworks are defined, improved, monitored, and documented, while analysing execution results and bugs to prevent regression issues. The engineer will uphold QA best practices and support documentation for service support, onboarding, and maintenance activities. Candidates should have hands-on ServiceNow experience, proficiency with Playwright, and knowledge of Testing frameworks such as Cypress or Selenium. Skills in Typescript or JavaScript, with a good understanding of object-oriented programming, are expected.
