Learning & Development Specialist – Liverpool

The Learning & Development Specialist will design and deliver virtual and face-to-face learning programmes to meet the needs of the firm, working closely with stakeholders and senior team members. They will manage the full learning cycle, from needs analysis to evaluation, ensuring engaging and effective training sessions. The role requires strong facilitation skills, understanding of adult learning theory, and the ability to work in a hybrid environment with minimal supervision. Candidates should have relevant qualifications at Level 3 or above and experience working in a professional services setting. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential for success in this role. Occasional travel across UK offices should be expected to fulfil training and development responsibilities.
