BFB Labs seeks an experienced Lead Game Developer to oversee technical architecture, drive game development across platforms, and mentor team members. The role involves managing app store submissions, optimise performance, and collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and analytics. Candidates should have a minimum of three years of senior or lead experience in game development, with advanced skills in Unreal Engine, including C++ and Blueprints, and familiarity with Unity. Extensive mobile deployment experience and knowledge of app store guidelines are essential.
