Carpenter & Joiner – Coatbridge

A Carpenter & Joiner is responsible for supporting the Voids team with refits and refurbishments in local homes and council properties. They carry out all required joinery works such as hanging doors, fixing windows and doors, and repairing kitchens and bathrooms. The role demands excellent carpentry skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and strong customer care qualities. The position involves use of a PDA for managing daily jobs, with materials supplied via company van and accounts at local suppliers. A valid UK driving licence and relevant experience are essential, with social housing knowledge deemed advantageous.
