Senior Manager, Machine Learning Engineering

Lead and mentor a high-performing team of AI agent engineers focused on building production-grade agents for HR and Finance. Own end-to-end delivery, from requirements to robust, scalable, and secure AI solutions integrated into the platform. Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to translate business needs into technical designs. Evaluate and adopt cutting-edge AI technologies (LLMs, RAG, orchestration frameworks) and drive responsible, compliant implementation.
