Line 1: Lead warehouse operations on a shift-by-shift basis, overseeing inbound, outbound, returns, D2C, and inventory.
Line 2: Deliver operational KPIs across cost, quality, and service through effective resource and performance management.
Line 3: Manage, develop, and engage Team Leaders and colleagues, promoting a positive, inclusive, and high-performing culture.
Line 4: Champion Health & Safety, compliance, and housekeeping standards, working closely with support functions and stakeholders.
Line 5: Ensure effective communication, reporting, and people management, contributing to continuous improvement and taking site responsibility when required.
Line 6: This is a permanent, full-time opportunity on a rotational 37.5-hour shift pattern (5 days out of 7; 06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00).
