Overview: This part-time role focuses on planning and coordinating monthly social events for young adults with and without disabilities.
Responsibilities include organizing events, assisting with registration, check-in, and maintaining attendee records.
Collaborate with the Event Manager to update the database with emails and phone numbers and to track attendance.
Requirements: proficient in Microsoft Office, strong verbal and written communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Must attend monthly committee meetings at Milltown Public Library on the Second Saturday of the Month at 10am.
This role emphasizes relationship building, confidentiality, and delivering engaging, inclusive experiences.
