Construction Management Inspector VI - Azerables

Oversees testing, inspection, and observation requirements and helps develop the Testing and Inspection Plan to forecast manpower and scheduling needs. Leads the selection and day-to-day management of Project Inspector of Records, Special Inspection Inspectors, and project support personnel, coordinating field inspections with regulatory agencies and the design team. Develops and implements inspection solutions aligned with strategic standards and AHJ requirements, and negotiates testing and inspection agreements on project schedule and budget. Coordinates the gathering and validation of business requirements, staying informed on enterprise projects and communicating impacts to sponsors and stakeholders. Plans and manages resources for testing labs and field work, forecasting demand and collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth resource allocation. Supports project delivery from initiation to close-out by monitoring performance against plan, applying metrics, and contributing to post-implementation review and knowledge management.
