Senior Regional Manager – Toronto

The Senior Regional Manager is responsible for managing multi-site, multi-country customer and partner operations, ensuring high-quality service and operational resilience. They translate strategic plans into a regional roadmap, prioritise initiatives that improve customer experience and business outcomes, and lead regional adjustments based on demand forecasts. They promote the adoption of innovative tools and best practices while developing resilient operational playbooks and strengthening team capabilities. Key responsibilities include stakeholder engagement with senior leadership, cross-team collaboration, and leading through regional managers to meet KPIs. Candidates should have extensive multisite operational experience, strategic and analytical thinking skills, and proficiency in Korean and English. Experience managing large-scale outsourced operations and exposure to complex markets are advantageous.
