Provide clinical support and administrative assistance in outpatient oncology clinics with a high level of patient service.
Greet patients, verify information, take vital signs, prepare exam rooms, and assist with examinations.
Support basic laboratory tasks, specimen preparation, blood draws, ECGs, and medication administration under supervision.
Manage documentation and billing tasks, including patient registration, charge entry, and insurance forms in the EHR.
Maintain supplies, sterilize instruments, prepare for procedures, and ensure a safe, compliant clinical environment.
Educate patients on medications and care instructions while upholding confidentiality and privacy standards.
