Join the core Ranking Algorithm team to design, develop, and optimize information retrieval and ML-driven ranking and recommendation algorithms, impacting billions of users worldwide.
Work on end-to-end search systems, including indexing, recall, sorting, and reranking, and optimize trillion-scale libraries and models.
Conduct in-depth research on Large Recommendation Models (LRM), exploring multi-modal data, generative models, sparse MoE, and reinforcement learning.
Experiment with cutting-edge techniques such as short-video multi-modal learning, scaling laws, and large-scale sparse models.
Requirements: bachelor’s degree or higher in CS or a related field; strong coding skills in C++, Python, or Java; solid ML knowledge with practical experience.
Preferred: experience in Ads, Search, Recommender Systems, NLP/CV; plus effective communication and teamwork.
