Own the development and execution of strategic brand partnerships and influencer programs to expand reach and cultural relevance.
Lead large-scale influencer initiatives and create scalable engagement models across campaigns and always-on moments.
Partner with the Integrated Campaign Lead to embed partnerships into briefs and ensure alignment with brand voice and creative standards.
Define success metrics, track ROI, and deliver executive-ready reporting to optimize partnerships and demonstrate impact.
Manage and develop one direct report while collaborating with Campaign, Social, PR, and Business teams to drive cross-functional impact.
Balance long-term ecosystem building with near-term activation, including offsite campaigns, experiential moments, and event-based marketing.
