Commercial Construction Estimator

A commercial construction estimator with at least five years' experience is sought to evaluate project risks, understand logistics, and prepare comprehensive cost estimates covering materials, labour, equipment, and general conditions for large-scale ground-up projects. The role involves active participation in pre-construction activities, client meetings, and maintaining historical cost databases. Candidates should have strong knowledge of estimating principles, including reviewing conceptual estimates, and be proficient in estimating software like Timberline and Microsoft Office. Organisational skills, team collaboration, and excellent communication abilities are essential. Familiarity with all divisions of commercial projects exceeding $2 million is preferred, along with advanced computer skills and multitasking ability.
