Maintaining high hygiene levels within the kitchen environment is essential, alongside controlling food stock and adhering to health and safety standards. The position involves working closely with kitchen assistants to ensure high standards of cleanliness and food quality. A satisfactory enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service check is required, with ongoing checks every three years.
