A network engineer with expertise in Meraki, LAN, and WAN technologies is sought to manage complex incidents, support junior staff, and coordinate with external connectivity providers. This role involves troubleshooting routing, switching, SD-WAN, and administering Meraki MX, MS, and MR solutions within a busy support environment. The candidate will design network changes, resolve recurring issues, and contribute to service improvement initiatives. Strong technical skills in routing, switching, VLANs, MPLS, and firewall support are essential, along with certifications like CCNA. The role requires excellent problem-solving abilities, experience with network automation, and a proactive approach to supporting customer infrastructure in a hybrid working setting.
