Warehouse Operations Manager – Wolverhampton

The warehouse operations manager oversees all aspects of warehouse and distribution activities at the site, supported by external warehousing partners. The role includes leading and developing teams, managing goods-in, storage, order fulfilment, and outbound logistics, as well as maintaining accurate stock control and enhancing systems and processes. The manager is responsible for site health and safety, ensuring compliance and a safety culture, and managing relationships with carriers and external warehouses to meet service levels. They are expected to drive efficiency, implement improvements, uphold quality standards, and meet audit and customer requirements. The ideal candidate demonstrates energy, drive, and proactive leadership, with experience in warehouse or logistics management, strong leadership and problem-solving skills, and a positive attitude.
