Environmental Health and Safety Engineer

Lead and promote a safe, environmentally compliant manufacturing environment for all employees within the facility.
Develop, communicate, and sustain EH&S programs and policies; maintain the SDS system and ensure training for new materials.
Assess and implement chemical safety requirements, hazardous waste management, permits, and waste reduction initiatives.
Coordinate emergency response, ergonomic evaluations, incident investigations, and foster a culture of mutual safety accountability.
Support ISO 14001/45001 programs, deliver training, manage EHS records, audits, and performance metrics.
Collaborate with leadership to set injury-reduction targets, drive the Safety Annual Plan, manage budgets, and leverage Gensuite/EHS data platforms.
