Industrial Engineer – Totton

An Industrial Engineer supports operational excellence projects and applies industrial engineering principles to enhance safety, quality, productivity and cost efficiency across operations. This role involves analysing workflows, conducting root cause and data analysis, and leading improvement initiatives using Lean and other methodologies. The engineer will optimise warehouse layouts, evaluate equipment solutions, and collaborate with global teams to standardise processes and share best practices. They are expected to have a relevant degree, strong problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Excel, with experience in process analysis and ergonomics. Key duties include project management, process standardisation, layout optimisation, and continuous improvement across EMEA offices and warehouses.
